Week 31
This week flew by so fast! Like the fastest one of my mish yet. Idk what to even say lol. We had a lot of traveling but it's always good to remember that there are missionary opportunities everywhere :)
Joys: (everyday is a joy :)
-lessons with Kristian (the one going to Japan in circa two days) we had Nathan come with us teaching and it was so cool, his testimony is so strong and he really helped Kristian understand the plan of salvation better! So awesome. And we had a few lessons at sister Leslies house too, the Scottish lady. Hehe
- getting to have tea at a members house and she brought her non member friend/ neighbor! We shared the because of Him vid and the spirit was so strong, she loved It. It was so fun and normal and hopefully will start teaching her this week!!!
-this past Tuesday was probs one of the most miracle filled days of my mission! One cool one was we were feeling like we needed a lil treat, so we start walking towards a little corner shop. We wanted squashies, which are just a fruity chewy yummy sweet. The shop didn't have any, so we start walking down the street to the co op. there was a young couple chillin outside by their house and after 1 minute of chatting the girl said "oh I've been looking for a church to go to!" And yeah basically they wanna see our church amd check it or so yeah I'm so excited about them! Blessings of having a sweet tooth :)
- exchanges in Mansfield with sister flake and sister Watson <3 we got to help them with a baptism and it was so special and presh. I just love the special feeling you feel at baptisms!!
- some members got us Twinkies to help remind us of America, so sweet
- fish n chips for lunch with Nathan! (Recent convert)
-i got the happiest message from Susan (I taught her my whole time in Horbury) that she's getting baptised!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so chuffed and happy for her
-So my new flat had a way weird vacuum, so I asked sister turvey if we can get a new hoover and so she ordered us a new one and WOW! The difference it made was incredible. The carpet was so pristine and beautiful and i dont think it's had a proper hoovering in years! Anyways yeah that was awesome lol
